The Bader Group has provided and managed approximately 30 coaching engagements for us over a year and a half and we plan to continue to grow the coaching over the next 2 years. The Bader Group provided highly qualified, experienced and skilled coaches who are helping our leaders develop and grow for our organization. The process included: utilizing a model that fit our culture and business demands, deciding on appropriate assessments, assisting in coach-coachee matchings, managing kickoff meetings for all coachee cohorts, coordinating/supervising 8 coaches, and balancing the individual coachees’ needs/goals with key organizational initiatives. Anne recently facilitated a one-hour interactive workshop on Personal Branding and Self Advocacy for a mentorship program that I lead. Anne and I discussed specific areas that we wanted to cover due to limited time as this type of workshop usually requires more time. Anne designed an excellent workshop with easy to follow materials. The workshop was not about slides or presentation of slides, she rather talked through key concepts and conducted group exercises to show participants how they could utilize simple steps to brand and promote themselves in a professional manner.
